WORSHIP & ARTS

The Music Department at Sixth Avenue Baptist Church feels that the music…whether it is a gospel song, a great masterwork by Bach or Handel,an arrangement of an old hymn of the Church. or an African-American spiritual, is a blending of musical styles with a commitment to integrity, spirituality, quality, and the vision of the Church Ministry. The music ministry is a vital part of our worship. We offer three different adult choirs (Sanctuary Choir, Progressive Choir, Male Chorus) and the Praise Team, based on musical interest and a desire to worship God through music. All choirs participate in revival and minister with other Churches by invitation. Please come and join us in our music ministry! If you are interested in participating, contact┬áVicki Stokes evstokes7@gmail.com or 251-5173.
