Mobile Wellness Van Stop

UAB’s Live HealthSmart Alabama program, in partnership with the UAB School of Medicine, Division of Preventive Medicine will host congregation wellness screenings on Oct 24 from 9am-1pm. The screening is at no cost to you, and you will receive your results on the spot. After a short intake assessment, physical measurements, and a small finger stick you will know your blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, BMI, cholesterol and glucose levels. We hope these results can assist you on your healthy journey. Those who want to participate, please sign up using the form provided and meet them in the (wellness van outside).
